When should I book my rental?
To ensure you get the perfect party package or inflatable for your event, we recommend contacting us at least 4 weeks in advance to book your reservation. This increases your chances of securing the items you've had your eye on, especially during peak seasons.
What info is needed to reserve?
To reserve items , the following info will be needed:

-Delivery Address
-Delivery Time( You may receive your order a day before your event)

How do I get and return my rental items?
We handle all the logistics! Shari's Party Rentals provides convenient delivery for all rental items directly to your event location. Our service includes professional set-up and, once the party is over, we'll take down and pick up everything, leaving you free to enjoy your celebration.
What makes Shari's Party Rentals special?
Our unique party packages are designed to save you more! Many of our inflatables come with attached games like basketball , darts or obstacle pop-outs. You won't need to search elsewhere for concession supplies, as they're included in our packages. We offer concession machines with included supplies exclusively as part of a package deal, saving you $15.00 when bundled with an inflatable and seating. Plus, as a small home-based business, we do not charge taxes on your rental order. A delivery fee only applies to locations outside our basic 15-mile radius away from zip code 27501 . Delivery is up to 75 miles away (MAX) from 27501 Angier / Fuquay-Varina, NC.
What are the details to booking?
After your booking info is gathered, a square invoice will be generated with the details of your reservation. This invoice will be sent to your email where you will pay your $50.00 deposit . Should you cancel 24 hours before your party date & do not wish to reschedule, a $25.00 partial refund will be processed back to your credit card. If you cancel on the day of your event , your deposit then becomes non-refundable. The balance due on your reservation is due at delivery . Cash is preferred but If you choose to pay with a credit card, you must have an ID available for the cardholder .The cardholder must be present. Using credit will incur a credit card processing fee.
